Noah Bendix-Balgley is the first American-born concertmaster of the Berliner Philharmoniker and a renowned performer of traditional klezmer music. Since becoming a Laureate of the 2009 Queen Elisabeth Competition in Brussels and claiming top prizes at further international competitions, Noah has thrilled audiences from the world’s most prestigious stages. In his Hong Kong Recital Debut, he will present an eclectic programme with pianist Christoph Traxler: three timeless violin sonatas by Mozart, Ravel, and Franck, a lesser-known chamber gem by Korngold, as well as Heifetz’s arrangement of Gershwin’s Porgy and Bess.

來自美國的本迪斯-巴格利自2014年起出任柏林愛樂樂團首席，是伊莉莎白王后國際音樂比賽等多項大獎得主。除了經常出任各大樂團獨奏，他亦是一位炙手可熱的室樂演奏家，並擅長演奏猶太傳統克萊茲默音樂。本迪斯-巴格利將聯同鋼琴家特克斯勒帶來多首風格各異的小提琴精品，除了莫扎特、拉威爾、法朗克的小提琴奏鳴曲外﹐亦包括蜚聲荷里活的維也納天才作曲家康果德的莎翁名劇《無事生非》配樂﹐及小提琴泰斗海飛茲改編自歌舒詠的《波吉和貝絲》。
